About the Rebate Program

Besty Solar periodically offers promotional rebates to help reduce your overall solar investment.

  • Your rebate amount will be confirmed by your Sales representative at the time you sign your solar installation agreement
  • The rebate amount is based on your agreed project scope and pricing
  • Any approved change orders (e.g., system size, equipment, or scope changes) may result in an adjustment to the rebate amount

When Will I Receive My Rebate?

Your rebate will be processed within 6 weeks after the following two steps are completed:

  1. Your solar system receives Permission to Operate (PTO) from your utility company (e.g., Pacific Gas and Electric Company).
  2. Your account is fully paid according to your contract terms.

What Do I Need to Do?

To ensure a smooth and timely rebate process, please:

  • Complete all payments as outlined in your agreement
  • Provide proof of full payment if requested

Important Notes

  • The 6-week processing period begins only after both requirements are completed
  • Missing or incomplete information may delay your rebate
  • Our team will notify you once your rebate has been processed
